PROFICIO Law Firm was established in October 2017 by JUDr. Martina Šamudovská with the aim of leveraging her extensive experience working for large corporations, to which she provided advisory services in acquisitions, sales and restructuring of companies and in connection with real estate development.

The current core focus of the law firm is precisely this agenda, however, for its clients the law firm also covers other areas, in particular civil law, employment law and contract law, as well as related litigation.

The law firm has extensive experience with cross-border projects; managing complete legal agendas in English, German and Czech is a matter of course. The firm prepares comprehensive contractual documentation in these languages for its clients, represents them in contract negotiations, as well as before public administration bodies and courts abroad, cooperating in this regard with partner law firms in the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Poland and Sweden.
