Miloš Kouřil studied law at Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich, Germany, where he passed the Universitätsprüfung (state university examination).

From 2017 to 2021, he worked at the law firm Heringeš & Veverka, s.r.o.

Since 2022, he has been working at the PROFICIO law firm as Senior Legal Expert. He specializes in German and Austrian law, particularly company law and the law of obligations.
