
Šimon Jakubčík is a graduate of the bachelor’s programme at the Faculty of Law of Trnava University in Trnava, where he is currently continuing his master’s studies with the goal of obtaining a complete university legal education.
He began shaping his professional focus during his studies, and in 2024 he gained valuable practical experience in local self-government. He worked at the property management department of the Trnava Self-Governing Region (TTSK), where he took part in processes relating to the administration, registration, and disposition of public assets.
Since 2025, he has been working in the legal field as a trainee lawyer. His work primarily focuses on civil and commercial law matters with overlap into civil procedure and procedural matters in public administration proceedings. In civil procedure, he concentrates particularly on preparing procedural submissions, filing motions, and formulating legal arguments.
In addition to his academic and professional duties, he is also active in the third sector, serving as the statutory body of a civic association focused on the development and support of school and extracurricular activities.
